Rachel D’Souza Siebert: Nonprofit Operational and Equity Mindsets

Rachel was born and raised in St. Louis, MO after her parents emigrated from India. She studied women’s studies at Loyola Univerity in Chicago, IL  before returning to St. Louis where she earned her Masters degree in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She started her nonprofit career working with Habitat for Humanity St. Louis She also worked in fundraising for a local language emersion charter school before starting her company Gladiator Consulting in 2015.
